You can also reduce the size of the dishes – it’s a psychological trick that does work. And, most importantly, do not forget about fractional meals, which will help you cope with your diet.

Digital detox is always necessary for us: the information space tends to be so cluttered that the best way to cope with it is to turn off all chat notifications for a while and stop scrolling the Instagram feed for the tenth time.
The fact is the flood of info in both work mail and messengers can cause stress, which negates all the efforts to get ready for spring. In such cases, we recommend to spread the workload evenly and in the evening to do yoga, instead of watching the news, - this just brings us back to point number 2.
