Alena Akhmadullina

History of the brand
Alena Akhmadullina founded the self-titled brand almost two decades ago in 2001. And just four years after, at the Fashion Week in Paris, the designer presented her collection that caught the interest of the key people from the fashion world to Alena's artworks. The show was inspired by the famous Russian fairy tale "Buzzy-Wuzzy Busy Fly" by Korney Chukovsky. It is worth mentioning that Akhmadullina put in the DNA of her brand the references to fairy tales and traditional Russian costume. "Artisan" this is how the concept was named. It is based on everything related to art. Handwork is also a top priority. After all, one cannot do without it when it comes to traditional Russian craft techniques. Seven years after the brand foundation, the first concept store was opened in Nikolskaya Street, and since 2012, you can buy clothes, shoes as well as accessories of this prominent Russian brand at the Vremena Goda Galleries.
Distinguishing features
Prints do distinguish Alena Akhmadullina from other brands. Their creation requires mastery, so handicraft does matter here. Further, prints are digitized and then transferred to fabrics at an Italian factory. Every season Alena pleases her fanbase with a new elegant reference to fairy tales: customers are willing to believe in her interpretation of magic and stories about love. And they are easy to believe due to top quality and design: you can find here fashion items for every taste and occasion: from a sophisticated evening gown to delicate casual-chic outfits. A wide range of fur products is also worth mentioning, it includes coats made of mink, sable and fox with fancy shades, breathtaking prints as well as garment accessories. Dress shoes run the show in the footwear line. And the accessory line consists of bags, scarves, belts, phone cases, glasses, socks, gloves and masks.
