Founder and President of the company, Nerio Alessandri, when he was 22, designed and built the first exercise machine in his home garage in Cesena in 1983. The company currently employs over 2,300 people, half of whom are based in Cesena, as well as 14 subsidiaries in Europe, USA, Asia, the Middle East, Australia and South America. In addition, the company participated as an Official Supplier of the seven previous Olympic Games starting in Sydney 2000, Athens 2004, Turin 2006, Beijing 2008, London 2012, Rio 2016 and PyeongChang 2018 and was assigned to be the Official Supplier of the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.
