On September 13, 2024, the Legacy Craft Service boutique opened at the "Vremena Goda" Galleries — a project created by former Richemont Group specialists. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, an extensive spare parts inventory, and a client-focused approach, our team brings Cartier and Richemont-caliber expertise to every service.
Boutique + Manufacture Concept
The Boutique — a luxury hospitality space where clients can entrust us with watches, jewelry, and writing instruments for repair.
The newly opened manufacture brings Swiss precision to Moscow, with every detail meticulously crafted. At its heart lies the La Chaux-de-Fonds "clean zone" — where master watchmakers perform their craft. This Swiss city hosts most major watch manufacturers, including Cartier's production facilities, and belongs to the Neuchatel canton. The manufacture also features a metalworking zone, named in tribute to Neuchatel's capital.
The project's creed is to work strictly according to Richemont's protocols and technical guidelines. Reliability of service and client trust are the team's highest priorities, offering comprehensive maintenance and repair services for watches, jewelry, and writing instruments from all Richemont Group brands, Chanel, and others.
