To celebrate the 160th anniversary, TAG Heuer presents the third and final model of its celebrated TAG Heuer Carrera chronograph collection. The TAG Heuer Carrera Sport Chronograph 160 Years Special Edition was inspired by the classic Heuer "Dato 45", which in 1965 became the first wrist chronograph with a rotating date display.
This model available in two versions - with a blue or white dial, is equipped with the manufactory Caliber Heuer 02 mechanism, which provides an 80-hour power reserve. The number of copies of each model is 1860, and this number is nonrandom: it was exactly in 1860 when Edouard Heuer founded his watch workshop in the Swiss Jura Mountains. The case back of the TAG Heuer Carrera Sport Chronograph with screw-fastened made of stainless steel is engraved “ONE OF 1860”, indicating the exclusiveness of the limited edition.
