The new Braschi FW 23/24 collection was unveiled on November 15 at the Braschi Private Collection shop (the Vremena Goda Gallery). The event was presented in a boutique format as a buffet for the brand's close friends and clients. The big event was the appearance of the brand's creative director, Maurizio Braschi, who traveled from Italy to present the new collection.
Daria Moroz, Alena Litkovets (Drunk Fashion), Alexandra Rebenok, Lyusya Chebotina, Anna Sedakova, Anna Churina, Anzhelika Kashirina, Pavel Kamin (Tabor), and others attended the event.
"The inspiration for the 23/24 collection was the famous first abstract work of Kandinsky, one of the key artists not only of the Russian but also of the world avant-garde," explains Giovanni Braschi, Maurizio Braschi's eldest son. Kandinsky ingeniously interweaves diverse shapes and colors on the canvas, whereas the Braschi team works with a more known material: fur.
"You can find many colors and garments, mixed with each other, in the new collection, in addition to art-inspired patterns," Giovanni continues.
Fans of the brand cannot help but remark that the collection under the direction of Giovanni Braschi is bolder and brighter. Retaining the family's heritage, he introduces his vision of the company's evolution via new avant-garde shapes and daring decisions. Selected items are made of pure cashmere: the softest models, jackets with knitted sleeves, and coats with a fur and wool mix.
This year, sable is the collection's hallmark. The most refined brand enthusiasts will particularly like the new collection's abundance of opulent solid fur models.
