August is the season for watermelons. Mikhail Kuklenko, RIBAMBELLE brand chef, has created unique flavor combinations in a new fruit set called the RIBAMBELLE Watermelon Menu. The culinary voyage begins with a tropical light Boracay salad with shrimp, celery stalk, cucumber, and avocado, seasoned with lime and wine vinegar.

Watermelon and fennel, combined with the creamy taste of cremette cheese, feta, and parmesan, as well as a drop of lime and fresh mint leaves, complete the new menu set. For dessert or breakfast, try a combination of granola, watermelon, Greek yogurt, and nuts.
